30-Day Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your FIFA World Cup 26™ collectibles. If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received it
- In the original packaging with all tags and certificates
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Items with missing packaging or accessories
- Customized or personalized items (if applicable)
How to Initiate a Return
Step 1: Contact us within 30 days of delivery

Include in your email:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos of the item (if damaged or defective)
Step 2: Wait for return authorization
We will review your request and send you a Return Authorization (RA) number within 2 business days.
Step 3: Ship the item back
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided in our return authorization email. Include the RA number on the package.
Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or damaged items: We cover return shipping
- Change of mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Wrong item sent: We cover return shipping and send the correct item at no charge
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- We will send you an email confirming receipt
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- It may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or version:
- Follow the return process above
- Once the return is approved, place a new order for the item you want
- If the new item is the same price, we will waive shipping fees
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide photos of the damage
- We will send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 14 days:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company (processing may take time)
- Contact your bank
