A: Yes! Every Figvo product is officially licensed by FIFA™. We have direct authorization to manufacture and sell FIFA World Cup 26™ mascot collectibles.
Q: What's the difference between the 6cm and 9cm versions?
A:
- 6cm version ($49): Compact display size, perfect for desks or shelves
- 9cm version ($79): 50% larger, enhanced paint details, premium packaging, includes display stands
Q: What materials are the mascots made from?
A: High-quality PVC/ABS plastic. Durable, vibrant colors, and safe for ages 3+. Meets EN71/CPSIA toy safety standards.
Q: Do you sell individual mascots or only the set?
A: Currently, we only offer the complete 3-mascot set (Maple, Zayu, and Clutch). Individual mascots may be available in the future.
Q: Are these blind boxes?
A: No, these are not blind boxes. You receive all 3 mascots in one set—no surprises, no duplicates.

- International: 10-20 business days (standard), 5-10 days (express)

A: Yes! Free standard shipping on orders over $100 USD to the USA, Canada, and Mexico.

A: Yes. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Returns & Refunds
Q: What's your return policy?
A: 30-day returns. Items must be unused, in original packaging. See our Return Policy for details.
Q: How long do refunds take?
A: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. It may take an additional 5-10 days for the refund to appear in your account.
Q: What if my item arrives damaged?
A: Contact us within 7 days with photos. We'll send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund.
